PRE-FORECLOSURE LEAN GREEN AND SAVINGS SOLUTIONS

We could not decide on an appropriate title to discuss options for the sub topic which is actually related to income tax check returns and it's uses. Since we believe it is not the best option to use your tax return money (If it will take ALL of your refund) to restore your loan we wanted to provide some additional options that may help not just one time, but the entire year.

We have spoken with a few homeowners behind in payments that choose to either catch up payments with their income tax check and/or get repairs completed when payments are several months behind. While we admire your attempt to save your home is this REALLY the BEST solution?

If you need to spend your tax return for either back payments or extensive repairs which we consider $2000+ you should seek other options. If you encounter additional unexpected expenses during the year then what? We are addressing the issue because we have seen the same thing happen and 6 months or less the homeowner is behind again due to uncontrollable situations, but the fact is you can't afford the home at the current terms of the loan OR you need to cut expenses OR make additional income. We are NOT suggesting you walk away from your home or sale it, but you should not be ashamed if difficulty making payments. Currently, the cost of living has increased, but the income of those employed did not keep up with the current demands (meaning insurance, food, supplies have all shown increase). We want to suggest alternative(s) for pre-foreclosure green savings that may help make your home affordable, increase your income, or cut costs of monthly required expenses.

Many Churches have food giveaways that help stretch the dollar such as fruit, bread, pastries, and sometimes non-perishable items.

Car pool when possible

Park the car ride the bus if it's a short distance (you could catch up on reading, meditating, or relax from not having to fight traffic)

Clip coupons

Start a Blog and/or Youtube Channel and Monetize it (This may bring in $25-50+ a month)

Sale old clothes have a yard sale

Sale old clothes and items via use of a consignment shop some pay cash on the spot such as Platos closet Call for details or location the one in your area.

Sale your broken gold and silver you could have a few hundred dollars coming!

Make your own hair shampoo (everything you need is in the kitchen your hair will love you!)

Make your own conditioner (if you are a naturalist and mixtress this is a walk in the park)

Do your crochet or make other crafts go to etsy.com and post your items for sale.

Remember one thing get ALL Pre-Foreclosure Options IN WRITING do not enter into an agreement to pay WITHOUT having it in writing that is another post, but it can end in disaster.
