Loan Statement
(1st, 2nd, 3rd etc lenders)

If no statement at time of meeting (account #)

Authorization

Denial letter of modification if applicable

Default notice if applicable

Foreclosure Notice if applicable

Co-signers must also attend and/or provide authorization

Hardship Letter

Due to identity theft and for homeowner protection photo identification is required
