PRIVACY Helping Families LLC respects the privacy of all opt-in individual for services, education, and/or offers. We do not share information with third parties. E-mail listings are not rented, shared, or abused and will only be used as indicated above.

OPT-OUT: Auto-responder services uses are to opt, however they can be use in the same manner to out of future emails. We respect the privacy and request for information as well as your request to discontinue receiving information or participation in free offers. Participation in any service or offer is optional, however pertinent data is required for successful completion of certain services and offers.

INFORMATION USE: All information received is used for analysis for services requested or participation in monthly contests. The information is not shared with third party individuals. All information related is exclusively discussed only with the parties that are instrumental to implementation, processing, and closing of transaction(s) such as mortgage companies, insurance companies, title agencies, and other key parties necessary for a successful transaction. Notification will be provided of each party contact for approval or denial before services are provided.

POLICIES: Security of information is a priority and we are committed to prevent access of unauthorized parties. Safeguards in place include use of mini disc storage and lock storage and electronic safeguards and password protected e-mail data. Helping Families LLC reserves the right to amend the e-mail policies keeping compliance with all Florida State laws.
